What SwoopTCG does
We monitor publicly available stock information at third party retailers and notify you when a tracked product appears to be available at or near retail price. Optional tools, such as a browser extension for paid members, can help you reach a retailer's own checkout faster in your own logged in session. You review and place every order yourself.
What SwoopTCG is not
- We are not a retailer and do not sell or ship products.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Target, Walmart, Pokémon Center, Best Buy, Amazon, or any other retailer or brand named in the Service.
- We do not automatically purchase, check out, or complete any transaction for you. The final purchase is always your action.
- We do not guarantee availability, price, timing, or that any alert will result in a successful purchase.
Fair use and no bots
SwoopTCG is built to give collectors a fair shot, not to break retailer rules. You agree not to use the Service to violate any retailer's terms, to resell access, or to attempt automated bulk purchasing. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, other users, or our community.
Memberships
Snooper is a free Discord community role. Swooper+ is a paid membership (currently $9.99 per month) that unlocks the app and the auto-swoop extension. Beta+ is limited access that gives testers Swooper+ level features free during the beta. Paid features and pricing may change. Beta access is time limited and provided as is while we build. We may modify or discontinue any feature.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time, and keep what you paid for. Open Manage billing from your dashboard to cancel. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We never charge a cancellation fee and we never make you ask a human for permission to leave.
Seven day refund on your first payment. If SwoopTCG is not what you expected, message us in our Discord within seven days of your first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that first week, memberships are billed monthly and we do not prorate a partial month, because cancelling already stops the next charge.
We do not refund a missed drop. This is the important one, so we will say it plainly. You are paying for alerting and timing, not for cards. Retailers sell out in seconds, run their own queues, cancel orders, and change stock without warning. A drop you did not get is not a service failure and is not refundable. Anyone who promises you otherwise is either lying or running a bot.
We do refund our own failures. If our service was down or broken for a meaningful stretch of your billing period, tell us and we will credit or refund that time. We would rather give the money back than argue about it.
A refund ends your membership immediately, so paid features stop working when the money goes back. Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe and typically take five to ten business days to appear. Billing is handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card details.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for your account and for following our community rules in Discord and elsewhere. Do not post spam, scams, or harmful content. Access granted by a role or code does not transfer ownership of anything.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwoopTCG is not liable for any missed drop, failed purchase, price change, retailer decision, or indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
